Customizable Expiring/ Missing Documents Report
Published upon demand for each location, division and position, this report provides the employer with advance notice of all essential documents that are due to be renewed within a select timeframe. The report lists each essential document and the expiration date.
MVR / Previous Employer/ Background Checks
The system can automatically perform Motor Vehicle Record checks, previous employer verifications and background checks required by FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration). Once completed, results will automatically populate the system and forward to the employer.
Electronic Storage
Store inactive DQFs for the three years required by the FMCSA and automatically delete the record upon expiration.
Security
Commercial Solutions uses banking level security to assure integrity of sensitive information.
Customizable
Our DQF maintenance program will track any document specified by an employer in addition to those required by the FMCSA. Policies and additional documents can be uploaded and tracked.
